Awwww...

VGH days are over. last Wed, I went to office early to file my VGH (umaasa pa na ma-approve). nasa office na ako ng 6pm samantalang 8pm pa ang start ng shift ko. so ayun, lumipas ang first break ng team ko--wala pa ring VGH approval. andaming calls. toxic. puro financial pa. well anyways, the reason why I was eager to go on VGH is that I already have committed to attend Mommy Bing's birthday bash at Bulacan. it's beau's off but he still managed to go to the office just to wait for me. come 11 o'clock, we lost our hopes. so there, nauna na si Seph (anyway, he's still meeting Bong somewhere).--so to cut the long story short, I was able to go with them. how? read this: Half-day Vacation Leave (right there and then).

Thursday----still, no VGH.

Friday was our last resort. kung wala pa talagang approval...wala na talagang VGH. every Friday, we have our team meetings during start of the shift. last week, pag labas namin ng huddle room (it was quarter to 9 then), Joseph told me that I was already approved at 8:26pm. hah!! pero ngayon, paglabas namen...wala. then our TL told us that there'll be no downtime since our account is expecting volume of calls. ayun, depressed lang kami. but I know miracle happens--we got approved at (9:26pm). as usual, saan pa ba ang gimik? Rufo's na naman with beau & Bong. walang kamatayang Tokwa't Baboy (buti nalang may Sisig)...just had 2 bottles of SanMig Light and 1 iced tea. but this time...seryoso ang mga topic--relationship, money & career. I really had a meaningful conversation with the two guys...kaya nga clueless ako ngayon eh (honestly...relationship ko lang ang malinaw sa'kin & I want to thank my beau for giving me assurance). after beau's sharing of his money matters...

Bong: Hoy, kayong dalawa...ingatan niyo yung relasyon niyo ah! umayos kayo. basta pag-usapan niyo lang kung may problema (sabay inom ng beer). Mahirap na buhay ngayon, madaming pressure. Matanong ko lang, ikaw ba Seph kasama ba si Meg sa plano mo?
Joseph: Tinatanong pa ba yun?! Oo naman...kasama siya sa mga plano ko (while looking into my eyes)...kaya babe, mag-ipon ka na.

I was speechless when I heard my boyfriend talked that way. It's not even clear to me what he actually means...but believe me, my stomach suddenly lurched (not because I was appalled, it's just that I'm not used to it--with him, seriously talking about his plan for the future and take note...including me). right at that moment, while looking into each other, it suddenly dawned on me that this is the man that I love to spend the rest of my life with...no if's, no but's.
